The room was spacious, trendy, with a lovely view of the lake, beautiful design, exceptionally comfortable beds.

The rooms are compact, newly remodelled, and come with a safe, an electronic key card and a work desk. It offers great service...

Fairly clean place with extremely polite staff members and pool views. Awesome food as for continental breakfast. Excellent and perfect location in the picture perfect area, not far from the centre of Alcudia as well as the beach and nearby shops and bars. Really had really nice stay for all 19 nights there.

Helpfull, friendly staff

We were given a room on the outside of the complex just across a karaoke bar. After seeing it we asked to change the room and this was no problem. The second room was ok with view over the pool area however the bathroom needs to be renewed or at least they should change some very rusty parts! The worst was the evening entertainment. Every night "Tribute Night". Very irritating, whole night elvis next day abba next day bee gees etc. Started around 21.30 and ended around midnight. After it ended, drunk people kept hanging around in the bar which annoyed us a lot. The food wasn't great either. Sometimes to give more variety at breakfast they heat left overs from dinner the night before.

Meals at the hotel. Artist performances in the evenings. Supermarkets are within walking distance. The sea is a leisurely 5-7 minutes walk away.

I can't say that the room was very clean. A little bit of a grudge left. The room lacked an electric kettle. The size of the standard room is small.

We always choose this hotel in Port de Alcudia. the place is luxurious with dedicated and friendly staff at the reception desk. - the breakfast option, including shampoo and fried eggs, is of good quality and rich compared to others we have visited. - the hotel is centrally located.

Noisy bar next to the hotel which stayed oped until 4am, a lot of noise. Cleaning staff very noisy in coridors from 9am!!!!

Enjoyed staying in a stylish double room on the 5th floor with amenities like slippers and towels changed regularly, in a central location at a charming, contemporary hotel.

The staff was helpful and the pool area and bar nice and modern. Located near the beach and walking distance to everything.

The beds are rock hard!!! Hardly slept for the week we stayed there. The rooms could do with modernisation. The bathroom smelled and there was poor pressure in the shower. Breakfast poor - not worth the money. Much better getting fresh bread and ham from nearby shops. Very noisy if your room is facing the street.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for a week-long vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. We enjoyed the nightly shows and the themed dinners, which offered a nice variety of cuisines. The pool area, complete with a swim-up bar, was fantastic, and our room with a pool-view balcony was simply amazing. it was a memorable and enjoyable holiday experience.

Would recommend this hotel.
